Consultation Fees and Payment

Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a consultation, you agree to pay the listed fee for the service described. Prices and services may change in the future. Any changes will not affect consultations that have already been purchased.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Your consultation time is reserved specifically for you. Because your appointment involves dedicated time set aside for your trip planning conversation, consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been made.

If you need to change your appointment time, consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
